Invigor8 connects patients with licensed healthcare providers but does not practice medicine itself. The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers based on individual patient assessments. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

4. Telehealth Services

Our platform facilitates online consultations with licensed healthcare providers. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Telehealth services may not be appropriate for all medical conditions.
• Your provider may determine that prescription treatment is not appropriate for you, in which case you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history information.
• You must maintain an internet connection suitable for video consultations.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with your treatment plan within 60 days of your first consultation, you may request a full refund. Additionally, if a licensed provider determines you are not eligible for treatment, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. Refund requests should be submitted to admin@invigor8medical.com.

6. Prescriptions and Medications

Prescription medications are provided only after a licensed healthcare provider determines they are appropriate for you. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Invigor8 does not guarantee the availability of specific medications and reserves the right to substitute equivalent alternatives. All medications must be used as directed by your healthcare provider.

7. HSA/FSA Eligibility

Many of our services and medications may be eligible for payment using Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds. We recommend verifying eligibility with your HSA/FSA plan administrator before payment, as eligibility may vary by plan.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and consultations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Follow the medical guidance provided by your healthcare provider.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invigor8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
